DescriptionA Derrumbes Mezcal from Oaxaca, made with Espadin agave, cooked in a traditional underground pit, and double distilled. It is allowed to rest for three months before the Mezcal is bottled in these rather stylish bottles.
The result is sweet with citrus and fruity agave – smoke comes through on the palate, as does a touch of herbal pine.
